Water thermoregulation unit for die-casting systems, able to give pre-heating of the mould and an efficient and precise cooling up to 18 zones by exploiting water evaporation.There are two operating modes:

• Cooling with only water
• Cooling water and air

It is available in the TCW and TCA versions.

TCW “Hydrojet” series: operation with only water; it represents the most convenient solution for the cooling of small moulds and where cooling channels are with small diameters.

TCA “Hydrofog” series: operation with water and compressed air; it is the ideal solution for the cooling of medium and large moulds, when the extension of the cooling channels is such that it does not guarantee a good flow distribution with water.
The combined use of compressed air and water guarantees a turbulent flow in every point of the mould and a more efficient cooling.
