In this short video we present an example of a high-efficiency industrial refrigeration system used in the plastic molding sector and composed of two of our flagship products: SIRE and SIREG. These are sophisticated single-temperature process water cooling systems, equipped with fully automatic built-in free cooling.
The free cooling is an advanced solution that has a positive impact on eco-sustainability, in fact it allows to obtain high efficiencies of the cooling cycle and, in the medium / cold periods, to produce cold water at very low costs with significant energy savings.
Both systems can work with ambient temperature from +45° to -25° C, however SIREG can work with process water without addition of glycol also in winter time thanks to the special thermal safety system that avoids freezing of liquids even at temperatures below 0°C.
In addition to providing the individual cooling systems, Industrial Frigo takes care of all phases of the plant: from design to installation, providing technical assistance via Skype and Whatsapp, as well as through traditional channels such as phone or email.
