Industrial Frigo has recently equipped TMR Plastics, a renowned company headquartered in Bydgoszcz, Poland, specialized in the production of high-precision injection-molded plastic parts, with innovative refrigeration units.

The Polish company trusted on Industrial Frigo for the temperature management of 35 machines used for high-precision technical parts production recognized car brands in automotive industry. In particular, have been used the process water cooling systems of Frigo's SIREG line, whose advantages in terms of energy saving and environmental impact have been widely described in this dedicated news.

In this case, the SIREG equipment has been combined with two dry cooler of Frigo’s BRW series, designed by Industrial Frigo to obtain the maximum performance from free cooling system, a method that uses only the temperature difference and cools the liquids thanks to the ambient temperature. This free cooling system is therefore able to dispose of the heat generated in the various production processes without requiring water consumption and with minimal energy consumption. These units consist of a heat exchange coil, a hydraulic circuit complete with pump, axial fans and relative control panel.

The video shows the modular combination of SIREG and BRW used by TMR Plastic which, due to the low temperatures that characterize the area in winter, has chosen a solution with integrated free cooling due to the possibility of working with an ambient temperature between +45°C and -25°C with process water without adding glycol.
