The Vacuum Regulators are very innovative control systems in the industrial refrigeration field, that allow to work in depression (negative) way on pressurised circuits.
They are particularly suitable for all applications with frequent losses of refrigerant fluid from the mould cooling channels , in particolar in plastic moulds. This system works in depression rather than pushing, to help the inlet of cooling fluid from the return way of the mould and countering the coolant leakages.
This high depression can be more than quickly and precisely regulated, using this simple device.

• Circulation of coolant inside the refrigerant mould channels in very low pressure, similar to the atmospheric one
• Flow of fluid more performant than the one obtained with a reversible pump
• Easy control of the suction power of the machine, in accordance with the losses in the mould cooling circuit
• Possibility of cooling in direct exchange in coolant temperature without the use of any additional heat exchangers
• In case of moulding without losses in the circuit, it’s still possible to set the machine for working in standard pressure, thus saving setup operations that would be normally necessary to bypass the machine.
