The BLOW FILM COOLING LINE range of products is specifically designed for cooling process air in blow film extrusion systems.• GRWD cooler with water condensation of the refrigerant gas.
MAIN BLOW FILM COOLING LINE COOLER CHARACTERISTICS:
• R407 ecological gas
• High efficiency scroll compressor groups
• condenser with copper pipe and with aluminium fins in the GRAD version
• Plates condenser in the GRWD and GRWD/DUO versions
• Direct high efficiency GAS / AIR exchange evaporator with copper pipe and aluminium fins
• Dehydration filter with molecular screens
• Liquid indicator
• Solenoid valve
• Thermostat for output temperature control
• Thermostatic valve
• High and low pressure safety pressure switches
• Modulating valve on the gas circuit for maintaining constant air output temperature regardless of the input air temperature
MAIN CHARACTERISTICS OF UTA BLOW FILM COOLING LINE BATTERIES:
• Air treatment batteries with extruded anodised aluminium profile frames, with expanded polyurethane thermo-acoustic insulation.
• Panelling galvanised inside and painted externally with a strong chromatic effect.
• Water cooler battery - extractable type made of copper - aluminium.
• Galvanised sheet-steel collection tank.
• 2 fold PVC drop device(optional) • Jet trap mesh (optional)
