They are used in all closed circuit plants in which the use of water/glycol mixture for the cooling of different production processes is tolerated. With their exchangers these batteries are particularly suitable for the oil cooling of oil-pressure plants; additionally they can be connected with chillers working in closed circuit in order to realize different economizing cooling systems (free cooling). In such case, according to the season, the battery replaces partially and/or totally the water chiller with a considerable energy saving.

The main components of the BRW series are:

• Frame in galvanized steel for external installation
• Heat exchanger with copper pipes and high-efficiency aluminium grills
• Centrifugal pump for water recycle with non-return valve on the delivery
• Axial electric fans with vertical air expulsion
• Electronic control of the fans speed
• Control board with IP55 protection, complete with electronic instrument for setting and display of the working temperatures (also available as remote version)
• ENTHALPHY KIT (PATENTED) assuring the highest exchange coefficient, suitable to sensibly increasing the cooling performances and reducing the electric consumptions.
• Automatic tank for refilling of water mixed with inhibited monoethylenic glycol (optional)
